Audience Services Co-ordinator
Time Commitment:
- 6pm–11pm × 12 Friday Club Nights per year
- 1–2 Board Meetings monthly
- Additional time for planning, coordination, and volunteer scheduling

What We Are Looking For:
A friendly, organized leader who can oversee all front-of-house operations and ensure every guest has a smooth, welcoming, and memorable experience—from arrival to encore.
When You Are Needed:
Outside of Club Nights
- Planning and coordinating front-of-house operations
- Scheduling and communicating with volunteers
- Preparing ticketing, guest lists, and event logistics
Club Nights
- Overseeing ticketing, door operations, and box office
- Welcoming guests and supporting volunteers
- Managing door sales and troubleshooting issues
- Coordinating safety, flow, and security awareness
What You’ll Bring:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong leadership and volunteer coordination abilities
- Confidence in handling high-energy, public-facing environments
- Solid organizational and problem-solving skills
- Comfort with ticketing systems and cash handling
- Ability to stay calm and responsive under pressure
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee all audience services including ticketing, greeting, door, and box office
- Manage door sales and ensure accurate tracking and reporting
- Coordinate and support front-of-house volunteers
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Ensure smooth entry, seating flow, and overall audience experience
- Monitor safety and liaise on basic security awareness as needed
- Troubleshoot guest concerns with professionalism and care
